2. Uploaded Photos, Facial Features, and AI Processing

XMagic Pro may process uploaded photos to create or transform AI-generated results. This processing is limited to the operation of the requested workflow and related service improvement and safety needs.

Important: based on the prior policy structure you provided, the service is not intended to store user facial data permanently on its servers as part of the normal creation workflow.

Processing flow

  1. You submit selected media through the app, including photos for generation or editing.
  2. The service processes that content to apply templates, transformations, or AI generation steps.
  3. The generated result is returned to you inside the app.
  4. Uploaded source files and generated workflow data are removed after the required processing stage, subject to limited technical retention where necessary for reliability or security.

We do not sell, rent, or share facial feature data, photos, or videos with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
